Frasers goal was very clear and was all about maximising fat loss in a set time frame on the run up to his holiday. It’s a super common goal because who doesn’t want to feel their best on the beach! He had spent the last few years seeing his weight slowly creep upwards and his words to me were something along the lines of “I hit 90kg on the scale and decided something had to be done”.
Structure and Accountability
The pictures here show 8 and a half weeks of hard work and the 22lbs of weight loss that resulted. This did require a level of sacrifice and through having a very set structure and high levels of accountability he nailed it without any major problems at all!

It was vital in his case that I fully understood his goal and he fully understood our approach towards achieving it. So often I see people communicate big goals but theres a real disconnect between that and knowing what will be required to achieve that goal. Being fully prepared in any fitness journey is an absolute must and set him in good stead for the weeks ahead.
Motivation
As the weeks rolled on and Fraser went from first of all feeling better, to then seeing big physical changes. From here the motivation grew rather than wavered making the whole process easier. We addressed any issues that came up, found ways of working around them and moved on. Simple as that. Big congratulations to him on his amazing transformation!
Words From Fraser
“Looking back I can honestly say I don’t remember at any time struggling at all . Don’t get me wrong, it was hard work at times but I really enjoyed the process and achieved more than I even thought possible. I have a whole new appreciation for exercise and diet and I’m looking forward to setting more goals and working towards them in the future.”
